After 15 months of planning with Meghan and Trevor, seeing their wedding day come to life was such a joy. We worked together from the very beginning, starting with venue tours and finding the perfect setting for their celebration: the Renaissance Cincinnati. I’ve always loved the ballroom’s beautiful ceiling and tall columns, and it gave us an incredible backdrop for their summer wedding.

Meghan and Trevor got married at one of my favorite churches in Cincinnati, St. Francis de Sales! After the ceremony, they headed to Lytle Park area for photos.

Once the venue was chosen, we helped Meghan and Trevor build their vendor team, sourcing their band, photographer, videographer, and the vendors who would bring every part of the day together. Then we turned our attention to the design. Meghan envisioned a celebration full of color, and the florals delivered with gorgeous pops of blue, pink, and green throughout the space.

Some of my favorite details were the monogrammed dance floor and the monogrammed napkins at the wedding party’s king’s table. The napkins were such a personal touch, and I love that Meghan and Trevor could take them home as keepsakes after the wedding.

Meghan and Trevor were such a classy, lovely couple. It was a privilege to plan alongside them from those first venue tours through the final moments of their wedding day. Seeing them celebrate in a room filled with the details we had dreamed up together made all 15 months of planning feel especially meaningful.

We also planned their rehearsal dinner! You can read about that celebration [here]!
