If you are interested in full-service planning, you don't need to know your date - just the time of year you are considering your big day. We will help you plan and execute venue tours and selection, which ultimately secures your wedding date. If you are interested in partial planning or month of coordination, just reach out once you have your date selected and we will get you on our calendar!

How do I know which planning package is right for me?

Great question! The venue coordinator's role is to maintain the building, make sure building codes are adhered to, clean the bathrooms, lock up the building, control lighting and temperature, and handle anything regarding the venue.

Our job is everything else! Setting up decor, creating your timeline, getting a stain out of your dress, handing you drinks, tip vendors, pack up your personal belongings, and handle anything that may arise.
