Where do I start with how AMAZING Glass and Grace Events is?!

Amy has been a friend a colleague for a few years now due to us working in the wedding industry together.
*I guess I will start on the business side of things.
When our brides come into The Lift and say they are working with GGE, its a huge sigh of relief! From that moment on, I know the rest of the planning process will go smoothly and come wedding day everything will be on time and run like a well-oiled machine. Amy pays attention to everything including the biggest, and smallest, details. If you need a safety pin, she's got it. If for some reason your entire bridal party doesn't show up, she will handle it without you (the B&G) even knowing about it! I don't know if that has happened but its the kind of thing she is capable of fixing! On the wedding day, Amy and her team will make sure that not only their team is good to go but she will make sure the other vendors are okay as well. This is another level of kindness she offers based on her personality. She is the kind of person you dream of having on your side on your wedding day!

*Now, on to the personal side of things!
When I got engaged and started planning my wedding, Amy was one of my first calls. I didn't know if I would need a wedding planner since I am fully submerged in the wedding world daily. After bouncing a few questions around and asking her opinion, she plainly asked my hesitations and what would make me think I need a planner. I told her I was concerned about staying on time and the decorating on the day of and she gladly put my mind to ease by explaining how her processes go. By the end of that first phone call I was ready to write a check and book her! Fast forward to 5 weeks out, when our contracted time started, we moved right along with floor plans and decor planning. She gathered all of my vendor contracts and was in communication with them for me. I asked her opinions on things and she was honest with her responses, which I appreciated so much! I know its "my day" and "I can do whatever I want" but I needed advice and she gave me just that!
Fast forward again to the day of the rehearsal. She texted me in the morning with a sweet message and asked if I needed anything and that she would take care of everything at the rehearsal. Again with the reassurance every step of the way! The rehearsal went smoothly! She understands that for some people this is their first time being in a bridal party or having a part in a wedding. She took things slowly and asked for any questions and made sure everyone understood their roles. BIG PLUS: She was able to wrangle our rowdy crew in a professional/kind manner the whole time! Our family and friends were already giving her compliments after the rehearsal.

Now it's WEDDING DAY! Since Amy and her team were going to set everything up throughout the day, this made my morning so relaxing. I was able to spend so much time with my girls in the bridal suite and just soak up the moments. When Amy and Allison arrived, WITH my flowers that I was worried about how I would get them to the venue but they offered to pick up, I was so excited to see them! She asked if I needed anything, reassured me that Luke was going to be there in a little bit and she that would let me know when to confine myself in the bridal suite so he didn't see me. Again, with the details! The photographers arrived and started their thing but every so often Amy would come in and check on me and give a time update "1 hour until you need to be finished with HMU" and "30 minutes until we get in your dress and then do your first look with dad" etc. I did not want to be on my phone at all on my wedding day so this was super helpful to be guided. The rest of the day was honestly the best kind of whirlwind. We went off with the photographers and did our thing and the day continued as planned and ON TIME! Props to GGE and JWP! Ceremony time came and every time I looked at Amy and Allison, they had a smile on their faces. If they were stressed, no one could tell! It was always a warm smile! After we were done with the ceremony and formal family photos, here they come with our specific drinks and appetizers! Thank goodness!! This is how it went the whole night. Amy was always coming to me asking if I needed anything or adjusting my dress. I promise you, it was not in an annoying manner at all! She was almost like in the background and we would lock eyes and either a wink or a hurried look told her what she needed. She helped me into my reception dress, we had relaxed conversation and she even made sure I used the bathroom lol
I could go on and on forever about my wonderful experience with Amy and GGE but there is a character limit.
Amy- thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us! You are worth every penny and deliver everything you promise!!
Future brides- if you are on the fence, spend the money and hire GGE! You WILL NOT REGRET IT and you will get the absolute most out of your wedding day!!!
