Dayton, Ohio | Reverie + Stone Valley Meadows Summer Wedding
Emily and Nathan met in high school and have been together ever since! They were the sweetest couple to work with and their day beautifully reflected their love together with so many beautiful personal touches.
Emily is a first grade teacher and incorporated her students into her table numbers. She asked her students “what is love to you” and they answered and she put them on the back of her table number frame at each table. They were adorable and definitely a hit among guests!
The weather was absolutely beautiful the day of the wedding. Everyone was so giddy and excited to finally get Emily and Nathan married! Everything came together beautifully from the colorful floral arrangements by Sherwood, to the delicious catering by Bernstein’s. Guests danced the night away and celebrated this new and beautiful chapter for Emily and Nathan!
The bridesmaids wore beautiful dusty blue dresses. All of the dresses were the same color, just different styles that suited and flattered each bridesmaid’s body type. The groomsmen wore navy suits with light blue bow ties.
The color palette was dusty blue, navy, and pops of color through the florals. The florals were absolutely amazing! From the daisy boutonnieres, to the big and bright bouquets with pops of hot pink, light blue, sage green and yellow!
The linens we selected were ivory with a dusty navy napkin, which allowed the centerpieces to pop.
The mother of the groom made the lanterns that were displayed on the high tops during cocktail hour. They were absolutely beautiful and she imprinted photos of the couple throughout the years, along with photos. Once the candle was added to the lanterns, they were stunning and the perfect personalized centerpiece for cocktail hour.
“Amy exceeded all of my expectations for a wedding planner. She was organized, detail oriented, and professional. I truly couldn’t have had my dream wedding without her! She was very thoughtful by checking in with me multiple times throughout the day to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. I was truly able to relax and soak in every special moment of the day. In addition, she made the planning process much easier and always had a vendor recommendation if needed. She is so talented and even created the most beautiful pajama sets for us to get ready in! She is great at communicating and was always quick to respond. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring Amy to make all your wedding dreams come true. She is truly the best!”
