MEET Amy

Planning Matt and Ann’s big day was one of our favorite weddings to date. Pops of color, Smilax hanging from the lights in the tent, and blue and white vases – it was such a dreamy summer day! Every detail was intentionally designed to reflect Matt and Ann’s love. We loved how Matt and Ann opted out of a wedding party and were able to truly spend the whole day together, just the two of them. Isn’t that what it’s all about?!

With every full-service client, we create design boards that help to bring the vision to life before the big day. These mockups make it easier to make design decisions because you can cohesively see how all of the design elements will play visually. Once we near the wedding day, our design boards are typically 15-20 pages long and sent to all vendors before the big day so everyone is on the same page.

The ceremony took place under the beautiful canopy of trees at Taft Museum of Art in Cincinnati, Ohio. Stunning!

Before and immediately after the ceremony, servers passed sparkling water to ensure guests were comfortable and hydrated.

When selecting place cards for guests’ seats with entree indicators, we opted for handwritten names on tile place cards. This created the garden tablescape we were aiming for. Additionally, we didn’t have to worry about cards blowing away in the wind with an outdoor reception!

A sweet note from the bride:

From start to finish, Amy and the Grace and Glass team was truly excellent.

She took time to get to know us as a couple and helped us through every single decision big and small (invitations, communicating with guests, layout, design etc) Amy is truly gifted at translating “vibe” and “vision” to reality seamlessly. I never worried once about our vendors, wedding details, and flow of the day because I was so confident in Amy’s planning.

Our wedding was the best day of our lives because of Amy and her team. I cannot recommend them enough.
