When Jules and Eric first came to us with their vision, they said four simple words: “We want a Twilight wedding.” And immediately, we knew this was going to be something incredibly special.
Set against the timeless beauty of the Dayton Art Institute, their wedding felt like stepping into an enchanted garden just as the sun dipped below the horizon. The entire evening was layered with romantic candlelight, lush florals, and touches of rustic charm that made the space feel both elevated and deeply intimate.

From the very beginning, the goal was to create a design that felt immersive — almost cinematic. Guests were welcomed into a floral explosion of soft blooms and organic greenery that transformed the venue into a dreamy garden oasis. Every corner felt alive with texture, color, and movement, perfectly balancing elegance with the slightly wild, romantic energy Jules and Eric envisioned.

One of our absolute favorite design moments from the day was the custom seating chart installation. This piece became a true focal point of the reception design — standing over eight feet tall and completely covered in thoughtful details that tied the entire aesthetic together. It was dramatic, intentional, and unlike anything else in the space. Watching guests interact with it throughout cocktail hour was such a fun moment to witness.

As twilight settled over the evening, the atmosphere only became more magical. The glow of the lighting against the florals, the historic architecture of the museum, and the emotion shared between Jules and Eric created the kind of wedding experience that lingers with you long after the night ends.

This wedding was proof that when couples fully lean into a vision, something unforgettable can happen. Jules and Eric trusted the process completely, and together we created a wedding day that felt romantic, immersive, and entirely their own.
