MEET Amy

Some weddings are beautiful because of the details. Others are unforgettable because of the experience they create. Tori and Justin’s wedding was both.

Planning this wedding was such a joy from beginning to end. Tori trusted us to take her vision and bring it to life alongside an incredible team of vendors, and the result was a wedding that felt timeless, elegant, and completely personal. Every detail was intentional—from the lush floral installations to the custom cocktails, layered textures, and unforgettable guest experience.

A Classic Ceremony at St. Joseph Church

The day began with a beautiful ceremony at St. Joseph Church in downtown Dayton. Surrounded by family and friends, Tori and Justin exchanged vows in one of the city’s most beautiful historic churches before celebrating the rest of the evening at Moraine Country Club.

A Dream Reception at Moraine Country Club

Nestled just outside downtown Dayton, Moraine Country Club provided the perfect backdrop for an elegant summer celebration. The classic architecture, beautiful grounds, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow made it an ideal venue for bringing Tori’s vision to life.

Guests enjoyed cocktails before moving inside the ballroom for dinner beneath gorgeous lighting and beautifully dressed tables. Outside, the covered patio transformed into an energetic dance floor where guests celebrated long into the evening beneath glowing bistro lights.

It was the perfect way to utilize every part of the venue while creating two completely different experiences throughout the night.

Timeless Blue & White Details

Tori’s design centered around classic blue and white with elegant monogram details woven throughout the day.

One of our favorite elements was the abundance of overflowing hydrangeas that created an effortlessly luxurious feel. Paired with stunning BBJ La Tavola and Prime Time Party Rental linens, layered tabletop details, warm pin lighting, and custom monograms, every space felt polished and cohesive without ever feeling overdone.

It’s weddings like these that remind us how impactful thoughtful design can be when every vendor is working toward the same vision.

Espresso Martinis, Bourbon & Late-Night Fun

The guest experience was thoughtfully planned from beginning to end.

One of the biggest highlights of the evening was the late-night espresso martini bar. Guests watched fresh espresso being pulled on-site by Coffee Emporium, then enjoyed espresso martinis poured through a custom ice luge. Signature details like floral ice spheres for Tori’s cocktail and custom monogram ice cubes for Justin’s bourbon added another layer of personalization that guests couldn’t stop talking about.

As the night continued, guests gathered around a bourbon and cigar bar, creating a relaxed lounge atmosphere before heading back outside to dance with Sly Band under the covered patio.

It was the perfect balance of sophistication and fun.

A Dessert Display Worth Saving Room For

No detail was overlooked—including dessert.

An incredible dessert display became one of the evening’s focal points, featuring a beautiful cutting cake by A Spoon Fulla Sugar surrounded by an assortment of sweet treats that guests enjoyed throughout the night.

Combined with elegant rentals, lush florals, warm lighting, and beautiful lounge furniture, every corner of the reception was designed with intention.

Our Favorite Part

As planners, our favorite weddings are the ones where clients fully trust the creative process.

Tori and Justin had a clear vision, and together with an incredible vendor team, we were able to bring it to life in a way that felt authentic to them. Watching guests experience every thoughtful detail—from the first look at the ballroom to the last dance outside—was incredibly rewarding.

We are so grateful to have been part of such a beautiful celebration and wish Tori and Justin a lifetime of happiness.

One of our favorite parts of a wedding weekend is watching the celebration begin long before guests arrive at the ceremony. A thoughtfully planned rehearsal dinner sets the tone for the weekend, gives families the opportunity to connect, and creates an intimate experience that feels completely different from the wedding day itself.
